Viognier Reserve 2006, Santa Barbara County
 A Viognier in the tradition of our very well received 2005 Viognier, providing wonderful aromatics and a smooth, almost velvety, mouth feel with lush fruit flavors that linger at the finish. Handcrafted and very limited in quantity. Sip it by itself or serve with white sauce pastas or mild to wild spicy foods.

 Soleil Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, Central Coast
As a true Cabernet Sauvignon, Soleil has the sumptuous body of a rich red with the delightful fruit nuances of a scrumptious white. A delightful "Fruit-Salad -in-a-Glass", Soleil will pair wonderfully with tropical fruits as well as more intense flavors like Gorgonzola! Feel free to experiment ... we did!

 Zin-esque 2006, a Zinfandel Blend, Central Coast
 Created from head-trained old vine Zinfandel, this "bikini Zin" is perfect for the dog days of summer with a lighter refreshing taste, but with no sacrifice in flavor or aromatics. Enjoy Zin-esque when the warmer weather calls for a red wine with the meal or just because!

 Capricieux Deux 2006, a Rhone Blend, Central Coast
 A smooth blend of Syrah and Mourvedre again graces our line up and it is a delight to have it back! Like its predecessor, it provides a wonderful initial taste that surrenders to a smooth and delicious finish. Pairs wonderfully with meats, especially pork, but is also a joy by itself.

 Ghost Red 2005, Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County
 A blend of three wonderful red varietals, Ghost Red gently tantalizes from delightful initial aromatics to a smooth finish, like memories summoned by the strains of a favorite radio melody of the past. "Ghost" is a tribute to wines past, friendship, and the bright future of a young band.

 Joie Rouge 2002, Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Coast
 French for "Red Bliss", our wonderful first Cabernet, Joie is our Anniversary Wine, celebrating Wild Heart's 2nd Birthday. This robust wine was barrel selected and fulfills the promise of being a delight from nose to finish with no small stop for taste.

 Petite Sirah 2004, Paso Robles
 A barrel-select vintage that is full and rich from initial aromatics to wonderful taste and smooth finish. Almost too good to share often describes a taster's first reaction to this delightful Petite Sirah, which is only enhanced with additional tastes.

Syrah 2005, Santa Barbara County
A cooler climate, barrel aged, Syrah that is complex and delightful, filling the senses with wonderful flavors from initial aromatics to lasting finish. Excellent with rib eye or filet mignon or for any time when fun and special evenings happen, such as Monday evening, Tuesday evening, etc.

Merlot 2003, Central Coast

Cabernet Sauvignon 2005, Napa, St. Helena
A labor of love, this Cabernet Sauvignon began with hand-sorted fruit from Napa, nurtured with utmost care. Each barrel was hand-selected to bring forth interesting taste nuances that build to create a wonderful finish that lasts and lasts. Make your holiday celebrations even more memorable with this delightful Cab! Tantalizingly yummy!

Vivace 2006, Refosco, Paso Robles
Vivace (ve-VAH-ch-a) with roots in Northern Italy, this classic lives up to its name ... vivacious or lively. This is a BIG wine, full of deep, delicious flavor notes; great with most red meats or a capella. Very limited production!
